Medical Assistance Renewal

The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) is ending, and continuous coverage for Medical Assistance (MA) benefits will end April 1, 2023. Continuous coverage allowed most people to keep MA coverage since 2020. As of April 1, 2023, the Department of Human Services (DHS) must begin checking to see if people are still eligible for MA. You should immediately check your online COMPASS account to make sure your contact information is up to date so the renewal application makes it to your home.
